The company holds a good reputation in real estate business. It was good to be a part of the team. But as i was only responsible for club house fitness activities, gym and some of the events to help with, i have limited experience for the management. As far as the company's vision and procedures are concerned, the top management hold it very well but the quality goes poor and poor, when the hararkey goes down from top management to the bottom, as lack of knowledge of operations and lack of supervision. It was good but there was alot of loopholes to be corrected and to be improvised in terms of operations, bisuness development, and health and safety issues. Well at the end everything is for good. The most disppointing thing was to know that if you are a female at management position than its a better chance for your career growth irrespective of talent, qualifications and performance. Work Details

Frankly, the job was good enough to keep Busy but not too much challenging, i have always been seeking for the chances to improve things on management, but i had limitations with my position. It can be far far better than what it is now. All in all ok.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
