The office environment in TRIL is good Actual work is good, if you are allowed to do it properly.

Dislikes

The management only award and reward their favorite & pet employees. All managers and directors are like ducks and parrots to kumar. Kumar will hire only his friends as directors and managers from his references. Those managers are good for nothing but they get paid heavily without even coming to office without any shame. No managers have brain or logic or skills to mentor and manage the teams. They only do what Kumar says. The company cancels Ganesha pooja public holiday and ask every employee to report to work on that day for their leadership visit. But no leadership team will visit the employees on that day not even for a minute. Such a poor management and managers without a backbone. If you are a mentally challenged person, but if you are kumar's reference, you can be hired and have a nice paying job in disys....Read More
