My review for bangalore unit. Only 5 developers are there and 30 Data entry team. No global exposure.Minimum 10 hours compulsory . If you try to leave in 9 hour thn openly you will be humiliated Last hike was in 2016 (for india unit) .Hike is like 10% max. There is no latest technology , only copy paste the code and that too in lot of pressure as already code is existing. For entire Dion India the strength has decreases to half ofcourse as no hike. Variable pay won't be paid as company in huge loss and anytime it cab be sold to other vendor. These are full time working review. Please consider this before joining ....Read More

Hectic , humiliated everyday if you wish to leave in 9 hour. Even the manager force you to change your room so that he can make you sit 11 hours daily

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
