I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. There is only one Security project. Hence no option of project switching. Bad team politics and absolutely no handover / Knowledge transfer process. If you are from IT MNC and thinking to join here , certainly not a good idea. Pathetic HR department, if you are on high salary , sometimes they will just ask you to leave without letting you complete the notice period even if you properly follow the separation process.
