This is worst company I have ever seen. They make you work for 12 to 13 hrs a day. The office time is 9.30 to 7.30. but they will never allow you to leave before 9.00 or 9.30 pm everyday. The ceo purposely take a meeting at the leaving time and extend it for 2 hours. They purposely make you sit. The work 5 person is done by a singleperson. They will even call you on weekend. They will say do time management and they themself take meeting for 2 hrs which of no use<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. There is no work life balance</mark>. It's so toxic here. The managers, senior manager, ceo, avp are the worst. Ek kaam karte karte aur das kaam denge. Many people have left bcz of this toxicity. Sikhne ko milega zyada baitho bolke kaam de kam dete rahenge. The ceo is the worst ever I have seen. He shouts for no reason. Jo cheez aaram se bol sakte he wo bhi chilaa ke bolega. He don't have manners at all. They don't give a shit about your life, peace, and health. They make you work like robots.They will use you and throw like garbage once there need is over. In the name of review meeting they the boys to sit till 11pm or 12pm in the night. The moment you will try to leave on time from the office from the next day they will give you extra 3 people work ye bolke iske pas khaali time. They do it purposely. They make you sit for 12 - 13hrs a day and travelling of 2 hours so total 15hr. Never give money for over time. Instead they give 10rs 20rs biscuit to eat from kitchen dine area. Time pe kabhi nai chodenge and they expect you to be on time otherwise salary se paisa kaate ga. Even on your important life occasion they won't give you a holiday.
