Startup hence exposure to more work from scratch

Lack of senior technical staff for guidance for junior employees. Lack of work life balance. Lack of planning for release and dev. Late appraisal. Toxic environment. Unappreciative manager

Worst company I have seen.They are looking superman who can do Anything Anytime Anywhere.They hired only Contract role. My suggestion is please don't join.look for better opportunity.I have been working since 1year.

They dont give shit to experience people whereas they only required freshers from other states dispite of mumbai experience people. They think people outside from mumbai work more efficient then people resident in mumbai n more capable of carring work load. Also time flixible or early going is only applicable to Hr people. Lots of politics in new startup wher u shud get new opportunity to develop but here we have to face next level of politics. Also here some people are mainly from NPCI wheres they tries to bring work culture of same but let them know people from other co. are also much experience then them. And highlight point - Company is operates from delhi thru third party n they dont give to shit to Mumbai people whatever u want to tries do in co it will be like useless....Read More
