Everything is bad, no job security, never join this company, you will learn nothing. Managers have no idea about the job - a SEO manager doesn't know what SEO is they are just managers because of their relation with CEO and because of their lack of knowledge they don't understand what you are trying to do and will just be arrogant. Digitex have a great working environment. Company management is very good, always thinks about all employees and give's you an opportunity to grow your skills. Company policies are very clear, nothing is hidden.

Dislikes

Just they need to improve their salary paying process, Paying on time, but after 10th of each month. They should pay between 5 to 10.

In Digitex Technologies I am handling Digital Marketing projects and perform all type of works like SEO, Social Media Marketing and managing Google Ads campaigns for clients and company business both.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
