I have been 5 years with this company, and I must say we have a great team and equally good teammates. Most Importantly there is no gender discrimination I have faced so far.

Dislikes

The appraisal system should be more clear as a employee you should know about your performance graph. Their is no extra benefit other than WFH.

Nothing, I am working here for last 1.5 years, No hike till now and there are lot of employees who didn't get any hike for last 2 years. Every-time I speak with the HR team they promise the hike will happen next month, but didn't happen till now. Lack of projects, false commitment makes us stay late at night. Most of the seniors are leaving this company now as they got humiliated.
