It's good if you want to work in MNC. and like other MNCs it has the same culture, you have to find the project otherwise they will put you on the bench. till now I meet with only good and helpful people.

1. Appraisal process is very pathetic. It's as much as slow that if you are eligible for salary hike from July, your apraised compensation letter will release on September or October months. 2. Performance bonus is in rating based. 3. Promotion is very slow 4. On-site opportunity is very less 5. Very less shift allowance

There have been a few mentions that we’ve wanted, and the first is the backend system. We need to ensure that the payment systems Digi Enter put in place and the way they hook up our site function to accept payments. This is the most important factor and what distinguishes our website from others. Digi Enter has executed the paymentside flawlessly. The second aspect is the functionalities of the social site, such as how quickly comments are posted and how seamlessly photos and videos are uploaded because it needs to be seamless on a social media site. That has been very easy for Digi Enter because they have experience doing that. Nobody had any issues with that relative performance at the moment. Finally, we’re measuring the accuracy and functionality of the frontend design, which we’ve had issues with. This includes how the website looks and reacts to people using it. Unfortunately, in the final presentation a few weeks ago, the deliverables were a bit off and not quite accurate to what the stakeholders envisioned. How did Digi Enter perform from a project management standpoint? Digi Enter has been good at meeting deadlines. They usually manage to hit deadlines 95% of the time. Some accounts are really good where you can spend free time but for some account you have to work over time. Its your luck in whick account you are going to work.

Digi Enter has been assisting us with our digital transformation and legacy systems replacement. We use Node.js, TypeScript, and React for our web development needs. We also leverage AWS for our webs services and hosting. On the backend, relational databases power our platform, as well as Elasticsearch and Kubernetes. Contentful serves as our content management system. Our entire web platform is custom-built, but it does rely on some pre-existing APIs that integrate with our reservation system and caravan inventory system, among others. When visitors arrive at our homepage, they can see a series of links and enticements to drive them to different parts of our site. If you want to learn more about out parks, you can go to a specific park’s page, or if you’re looking to make a reservation, you can search for a particular park during a particular time period, as well as what distance you’re willing to travel to get there. Digi Enter help us raise brand awareness through the google platform. We as a brand provide them with the digital assets needed for them to operate within the google platform and other services.
