On time salary. HR is supportive.

Management is unprofessional. They believe to work with their 25 old diamond employees always. They act as permanent employees and those who newly joined in project they are showcase. Every month leave policy changed. Accounts team shares individual salary to old employees. Old employees are not supportive at all.

Diamond infotech company is good for who can licks seniors boot. There is no culture, rules, and commitment in company. When you ask a question to one particular senior start with "P' then he will insult you and say " Besi Dimag Lagio na, nijer seat a giye boso" HR always change there rules and there is holidays and no yearly appraisal. There is seat for new joiners whatever you are L1 enginner or Project Manager. In last 9-10 months HR left company due to this bad work culture.
