Every element in the company is wrong.

This is one of the worst shipping companies in the world. The lady CEO is the most incompetent CEOs of the country. She doesn’t pay well to her employees so ideally no increament, no bonus, no leaves not even sick leaves. These are the current policies in DIABOS.If there is any family emergency of any kind simply quit this job & attend your family emergencies that’s the best advice.The atmosphere is poisonous. Gutter brains, gutter work culture, gutter ideas<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The CEO is corrupt gets the highest salary but donot pay her employees properly as per industry standards</mark>. She doesn’t even take any proper advices from the industry subject matter experts. The most objectionable rule in DIABOS is the year you get a promotion you donot get an increament in that year at all. Might as well after promotion you will never get an increament at first place. Clients have started withdrawing their support & hence the company in the J M Baxi Group is in great losses. Might as well the top management is thinking to change this lady CEO but sure shot no takers at all from the industry for such a loss making firm. Too much micromanagement in employee’s life from the lady CEO. DONOT JOIN THIS COMPANY FOR MAKING A GOOD FUTURE AS THIS IS AN OPEN PRISON IN THE CORPORATE WORLD.
