Dislikes

I experienced politics first time in my career from managers and project managers. They dont have any idea about technology or what product does. Don't have clear idea about project, they are just there for creating jira task. They are ready to blame you if there is slight delay in development due to misunderstanding of feature. After going live, they dont give credits for your work and are ready to steal. They will not even mention you that you develop this product when mailing to top officials and get all praises awards themselves. No hikes, hard to get promotion....Read More
