The MD of DHI India is a narcissist egoistic person. He has not brought a single project in India which has lead to doom of DHI India. Lot of people have left DHI India because of his sadistic behavior.

If you want a easy life, DHI India is the right place to be. Always try to remain in good books of the Managing Director and praise him every time. If you are a lady and good looking this is the place to be.

Dislikes

No work ethics and lot of gossip. No value for talent and for truth.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
