Pretty office. Open to train and develop. No dearth of resources. Adequate workload. Great place for an intern. Work timings are good(not hours).

Dislikes

1. No flexibility in working hours. Excessive strict timings 2. HR department is poorly managed ( lacks people with experience, employees have very less knowledge of laws and protocols.) 3. Excessive obsession with dress code (still don't get what was I supposed to wear) 4. Extremely low paid. Salary is below market average for experienced people. 5. The behavior of CEO towards me was very rude and disrespectful. 6. No hierarchy is maintained. There is no fixed salary brackets. An intern is paid more than executives. 7. There is too much of vendor management and dependency on external resources. Inspite of having an in house team the decisions were taken by vendors. 8. Lack trust, empathy and humanity. 9.
