A pretty office where you are not allowed to leave for nine hours, no matter what.

Majority of the reviews on AmbitionBox are Fake. The worst thing about this business is the founder. There is a lot of showoff and a faking culture, with free interns hired for jobs and made to do menial work with no salary benefits. The culture is toxic, and the founder might shout at you anytime, and there is no job security. No flexibility in working hours: The company has excessively strict timings. Poorly managed HR department: The HR department lacks experienced personnel, and employees have very little knowledge of laws and protocols. Excessive obsession with dress code: It's unclear what exactly is expected to be worn. Extremely low pay: The salary is below the market average for experienced individuals. Disrespectful CEO: The behavior of the CEO towards me was very rude and disrespectful. No hierarchy: There are no fixed salary brackets, and sometimes interns are paid more than executives. Pretty office. Open to train and develop. No dearth of resources. Adequate workload. Great place for an intern. Work timings are good(not hours).

Dislikes

1. No flexibility in working hours. Excessive strict timings 2. HR department is poorly managed ( lacks people with experience, employees have very less knowledge of laws and protocols.) 3. Excessive obsession with dress code (still don't get what was I supposed to wear) 4. Extremely low paid. Salary is below market average for experienced people. 5. The behavior of CEO towards me was very rude and disrespectful. 6. No hierarchy is maintained. There is no fixed salary brackets. An intern is paid more than executives. 7. There is too much of vendor management and dependency on external resources. Inspite of having an in house team the decisions were taken by vendors. 8. Lack trust, empathy and humanity. 9. Working with a bunch of fresh interns and getting a certificate on completion of 3 months.

Dislikes

The founder is moody and some of her closest associates try to imitate her. Lack of leadership and experience in the team. The associates who train are themselves intern converts.
