This is one of the best places where i have worked in since my career beginning, the best thing over here is there is no micromanagement and also the incentives and salaries are very decent and also i felt like i have learned one or the other thing every day here.

Dislikes

Ofcourse there are few cons even here but those are not actually considerable.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
