I was worked in DGS for 2 years. Their bond period is a little longer. Their hikers are the worst. For a hike of 2000rs(from 9500 to 11500), I had to work about 12hours daily for 5 days. During my initial days, Saturday was off but after some time they started taking projects with deadlines that cannot be matched with real-time. So I had to work 14hrs+ to complete the project (without any overtime allowance). During corona lockdown, they said me to work for 24hrs to complete the project(there will be no shortage of the project in this firm) and the most interesting thing was the payroll was not in time. I had to wait an extra one month to get my salary. Also, they don't give any reimbursement for the broadband connection I had to take to do work from home also they didn't provide any laptop too. Altogether, I worked for the company DGS for 10 months at my own expense without any regular cycle of salary, also top level managers will shout at you for no reason.
