I started my journey in DG7 as an intern with no working experience in the past. Everything that I know today I have learned working here. There are growth opportunities with a lot of practical knowledge. During the pandemic, everything was made flexible to all of us. Overall, it is an amazing experience from an internship to an executive and hopefully, it will be in the future too.

I am working with DG7 for more than a year now. During the lockdown, working hours were flexible according to the situation and there was no reduction in salary too.Also, due to the non-availability of public transportation, I managed to travel by my personal vehicle, and later after the pandemic, I was provide with the required reimbursement without any questioning.

Unprofessional behavior from management Ambiguity in job profile: clear expectations regarding work missing. Not a good place to work for women. Person dependent organization with no intent of improving processess.

I worked at DG7 as a WordPress Developer. My experience there was great especially because I got to work on very diverse projects that helped me improve my skill set. I am particularly thankful to my Manager & team lead who patiently handled me through various ups & down of my work.

Dislikes

Because the clients there belong to very different niches, it sometimes gets difficult to concurrently work with multiple projects at the same time.
