Efforts are appreciated and rewarded. Process driven organization and all decisions are taken based on numbers. Monthly RNRs, Fun Fridays, Presidents Club are outstanding and motivate you to do more and earn more. KRAs are very realistic and easily achievable.

1. Stay away from this company if you expect a good job security. Because they'll fire and hire when needed and will treat like contract workers although it's a permanant role in paper 2. No matter how hard/smart you work leadership team/directors won't be aware of your contribution. So their ignorance will affect your job security and pay.
