The only thing I like is that once u join here u will look for immediate job change irrespective of company or location.

1.Company is not running to provide gud customer service or best place atmosphere for employees, it's only focusing on keeping CEO happy irrespective of consequences. 2.Here u can't expect respect from ur superiors as they tend to demotivate employees. 3.Dont ever expect salary hikes or promotions. Career growth is fast , shift managers are handling stores

Dislikes

There is no vision , lack of team in stores.too much cost cutting which leads to loosing standards . Not focusing on standards . Not taking care of employees.
