Data and IT Services Quality Control Executive

Job Description: A Data and IT Services Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring data quality is as per defined standards and get necessary corrections done at source. For IT Services such as networks, infrastructure, software etc. the executive has to liaison with internal SME to ensure that services are delivered as per defined scope before approving GRN/SRN.

Department: Information Technology (IT)
Location: RSC Gurugram

Reports to: Information Security and QA Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Check Data for accuracy, completeness and consistency at the data lake/DwH.
2. Perform audits and report on data quality: Regularly assess the quality of data to identify errors or inconsistencies.
3. Data cleansing: Work with respective SME to ensure that data is cleansed, corrected, and/or updated wherever required.
4. Monitor data flows: Oversee the data collection process to ensure ongoing quality control.
5. Communicate issues: Alert relevant stakeholders about potential data quality issues and recommend improvements.
6. Verification: Ensure that the IT services delivered matches the agreed terms and appropriate quality standards are met.
7. Reconciliation: Maintain comparison of PO and respective invoice and complete the SRN/GRN.
8. Payment: Liaison with procurement and finance team for timely payment to IT service providers.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelors degree in either B. Com, BSc, BCA, Computer Science, Information Technology.
2. 2+ yrs of experience. 
3. Experience in data quality control will be an added advantage.
