I joined Dev Software and Services as a fresher. Inspite of being unaware of many things in software development, I get a best platform here to learn and implement my knowledge in an excellent way. Work Life balance is very good and you will come across many technical things in software development life cycle that will just boost your knowledge to the tremendous level. Every phase in SDLC and Application life cycle is followed here very strictly and so it helps you to become very particular and accurate in each and every task you get whether it is a development, testing or to preapare technical document. No politics at all. Work environment is very good and you will get best team leaders and team mates ever. Salary structure is also good based on your Role in the project and your post. Another very important point is traveling. It is not near to station but yes you will easily get share auto from station which will drop you at a stop nearly 3-4 minuts distance from Dev Software.
