I joined Dev Software and Services as a fresher. Inspite of being unaware of many things in software development, I get a best platform here to learn and implement my knowledge in an excellent way. Work Life balance is very good and you will come across many technical things in software development life cycle that will just boost your knowledge to the tremendous level. Every phase in SDLC and Application life cycle is followed here very strictly and so it helps you to become very particular and accurate in each and every task you get whether it is a development, testing or to preapare technical document. No politics at all. Work environment is very good and you will get best team leaders and team mates ever. Salary structure is also good based on your Role in the project and your post. Worst experience ever as the company owner has no respect for his employees and finds reasons for deducting salary amount with absurd reasons. Company is run by the efforts of only 2 or 3 senior employees except the owner who has never appreciated anyone.
