Likes

Excellent work environment with enough opportunity to contribute and progress at work. Very helpful colleagues and a great HR team. These guys are serious about HR policies and really try their best. Upskilling learning opportunities also available in plenty. Very involved senior leadership and Management Board with many interaction programs. There's connectedness here.

Dislikes

Need some level of more transparent communication that is agreeable to senior management to better cascade changes to teams, so that changes are not viewed as sudden and chaotic. Rest all is good.

My team & my manager are good. But I’ve noticed not teams struggling with poor managers.

Dislikes

1. Forced work from office (hybrid days are not flexible). Therefore, work-life balance is sad. 2. Salary hikes & bonus are very poor. 3. Enabling functions (HR, Transport & IT) are a joke. They keep pushing you from pillar to post. No one takes onus to resolve. Needs MAJOR improvement.

An organisation which spends maximum on Third party applications and believes least on in house developed applications. So what you earn goes to feed the ever increasing end user license fees and app support. Does not provide you with required automation tools citing budget constraints. Acts very stingy when it comes to execution phase. Ending up with lesser utilisation of licenses already paid for. Uses different applications acriss regions to do the same process.
