There are many good AVP and VP who know how to get things done, there exceptions also.
Never join KRU research team. Learning is NIL. Also VP and AVP of this team are corrupt and insecure poor ladies. They are old timers here surving due to politics and groupism. The lady who leads jaipur is hell toxic and immature. The level of immaturity is she promotes her divorcee status like she has been awarded noble peace prize. She removed one old tenured employee after putting him in PIP. He worked with Deutsche Bank for almost 10 years, how he survived for 10 years without performance. I worked under her for 6 months almost. I couldn't tolerate her toxicity so I escalated HR against her. HR concluded in my favour in writing but it was a trap to pacify me so that they could find out other ways to get rid of me. Lady is toxic and immature as I said, she said multiple times that every thing is managed and she knows top people took names also will not write those names here. After 15 days I resigned served notice period as per policy. On last day I found she has not initiated my resignation in the system. She wanted to show it as performance issue after taking Business HR in confidence. I was not in PIP. Business HR too was supporting her. Everything was planned in silence I was unaware. I had to re-raise my concern through personal email next day after leaving the organisation with evidence that I had resigned and served notice also they had accepted my resignation on e- mail. I have not mentioned any name here. Just writing so that people should be aware about how to deal under DB in such situations. I never faced such dirty politics in previous organisations so could not deal with it. I resigned myself still it did not satisfy her ego bcs she wanted to take credit of my exit. Now I m giving her credit she and her chamchas report it here every time I post. I am not taking any name here. With this mindset and attitude they are managing team. It's never performance only, alongside you have to satisfy their or her ego too. In DB it's tedha medha hai par mera boss hai 😂 Boss is always right. Bosses chamchas are also always right. As per them KYC is a rocket science. You need Degree of IIT, NASA, Harward and Cambridge at least 😂 Tire 2 and 3 degrees will not work. 16 ghanta documents extract karwate the daily kam se kam 10 se 12 ghanta to jaroor. Ek FT se kam se kam 1.5 FT ka kam lete hain. Wah bhi kiya maine but chamchagiri nahin ho paya in saste logon ka bus galti itni thi. The work culture was great.
