Policies are good but hr is external and for technical roles the responsibilities are not clear.

Not having clear role and responsibilities. Toxic culture. Make you feel little in front of others. No proper hr channel . No skip meetings .too much politics and inhumanity.

Evrythng... pathetic management, poor culture, bad pay scale, no investment in employees be in in skill development or entertainment.. poor work ethics.. extremely bad professionalism as undue favorism due to yess boss culture...racists too if u r good looking, u r winner here no matter how bad u r at ur work and vice versa.. if u rur boss' puppet, u hv sealed the promotions already no matter how dumb u r at ur work and vice versa.. list is too long.. The organisation is goal oriented and the goals are communicated clearly. Most leaders are not micro managers and give a platform for the teams to grow.

Dislikes

The salary hike in India has been terrible over the last 3 years. Even though the company makes unprecedented profits it is not shared with the employees. The bonus payouts are very bad as well at all levels if compared to other international banks.

1) 9 to 6 Job 2) You are lucky if you get German manager instead of Indian 3) company culture to respect you as human being 4) HR policies and perks

1) you are gone if you get Indian manager. they run the projects like they own the company. 2) no new learning and no career growth, 3) no motivation at work, 4) stuck and stagnant old-aged people around you all the time, 5) everyone wants to save his/her chair(job) even there is no path to learn.
