This is a place where an employee are treat as labour (bandhua majdoor), not respected or valuable. Policies are just for audit purpose as HR's are not supportive as they are only paid to pass on info to business instead of helping or supporting employees. What we earn is high level of stress, diseases, mental stress (new illness), poor communication, little growth as same like salary.

Liked the work culture. Manager and tram was super helpful. The best part is no one ask you why did you take casual leave and no one is bothered as well. And the manager even ask you to block your leaves earlier as well.

The work is hectic sometimes you might have to work overtime but it’s not always.

Good Place for people who really want to learn and earn. Job security factor is also there for average rating employees.

Since 2022 it has transformed itself from a banking/product based culture to low grade service based company. Most of the people even with low salaries are getting bare minimum hikes 0-4% though they are hiring tons of VPs at 65-70lpa. I predict they will eventually be left with cunning lateral hired VPs who were some influential director's referrals and company might eventually will have to wind up operations in india outsourcing everything to service based company like they did last time....Read More

Even if you are deserving you will not be promoted. They will keep giving you false promises, this quarter and next quarter and then you are stuck there in hope. Hikes are bad 2%, 3% only. Sitting 8 hrs in office, even if you do not have any work.

No better hike,no promotion despite working for Deutsche Bank for 6 years. Few people even if they are good at work and have a great amount of experience in handling products but their culture and communication are really poor towards their fellow colleagues.
