Work culture is Ok- but all at the mercy of your manager. As long as you are in the good book it is ok.I experienced both. Company policies exists which are actually employee friendly- however implementation is if your manager agrees. Leaves are plenty and management supportive of the same.

Dislikes

Parking in regular time is for VP and above for AVP and below they have a waiting list- extremely disgusting and disrespectful. Remote work/hybrid work pattern is on weekly/biweekly basis and enforced by manager not as per employee’s wish.( As of March 2022) Non technical managers screwing technologist’s career. Sr Managers thinks they are unquestionable. HR will take exit interview much before and share the feedback with the manager- then manager start making the life hell. HRs are of no use. They don’t care abt any employee review. Survey’s are eyewash. A sea of people has joined from another bank around 5-6 years back- they categorically placed there own people and let go existing employees. Specially stay away from F** Tech*****y department. Insurance is pretty bad- it was default 2-3 lacs- parental insurance is expensive with co-payment. Promotions are difficult if you are not a diversity( true for other peer banks as well)....Read More
