No one is getting salary on time, that's the great part of like in this company and mostly likely is everyone is like in small companies it goes like this only. I don't understand if you aren't financial capable enough to pay the salaries of employees why do u hire them ? Don't you have any humanity regarding consuming their time and giving compensation to the hardwork of employees ?

Till today they haven't given me my 3 month salary after that left the company still no response from the company regarding payment and settlement and when we are continuously calling them, not even responding to call, account isn't accountable, MD is not even taking the responsibility saying that isn't my department. Junior Employees who worked in the company was quite nice & innocent but from the management to the Founder & Co-Founder and Head HR was extremely toxic and fraud people.

Dislikes

They make you work extremely hard and then don't pay your salaries. Most of the newbies in the company don't get paid and when they ask about salary, HR says, your work is not good enough that's the reason you can't get paid. Another excuse they put forward is, currently the company doing very bad financially so your have to wait for the salary.
