- This Start - up gave us Work from home only one reason.

- Its Normal Advertising agency nothing more (they pretend they are IT firm) - They use employee for little little project & when projects done they fire most of employee for silly , fake reasons - MD destroy many careers in this start-Up by using use & throw method for employee - 50-60 days delay salary for every month (they don't have fund, investor) - Most off resigned or fired employee 99% they didn't pay last (2-3 Month) salaries when former employee call or message for pending salaries the said we don't have fund, market collapse, company in big trouble it means they never gave you your last 2-3 month salary. - HR Head is always confused person i ever seen my life.. Ha ha ha. - Interview time they never said we are start-up (they pretend we are It firm Like Unicorn) - Never join this unprofessional, no office, no ethics, No money, No respect firm....Read More

My team leader and my seniors were very supportive and helpful. also the colleagues I got were very friendly. Nothing else..

The company's CEO, HR and head HR were worst. The culture was so bad. There were no professional behaviour towards the employee. The CEO always yelled at us. Use of bad words. Extremely horrible experience I got. No one gets salary at time. They forced us to do over time. We always forced to work on weekends also. Never got any appreciation after working so hard. They didn't put any efforts for employees. I will never recommend this company to anyone....Read More

They just give management meeting and say we will do salary next will but it never happened. when you ask about salary they say dont take follow ups. we do it we do it. All destek employees are facing this but not raising this issue. my three month of salary not paid.

Nothing to like about this company, they are ruthless, stupid owners, don't even know how to talk, fire employee after getting work done for 2-3 months without salary, I had a word with previous employees they were girls and they were not payed 1.8 lakh 4 months salary and other one 66K, the company gave them nothing
