I spent more than one year in the sales team for destek and closely work under the ecommerce project with the other members. This experience is really grate for me. A lot of learning here for me, time to time management take a motivational sessions for us to motivate and boost the team spirit. A great and fare incentive structure for sales team. They just give management meeting and say we will do salary next will but it never happened. when you ask about salary they say dont take follow ups. we do it we do it. All destek employees are facing this but not raising this issue. my three month of salary not paid.

Junior Employees who worked in the company was quite nice & innocent but from the management to the Founder & Co-Founder and Head HR was extremely toxic and fraud people.

Dislikes

They make you work extremely hard and then don't pay your salaries. Most of the newbies in the company don't get paid and when they ask about salary, HR says, your work is not good enough that's the reason you can't get paid. Another excuse they put forward is, currently the company doing very bad financially so your have to wait for the salary.

Nothing to like about this company, they are ruthless, stupid owners, don't even know how to talk, fire employee after getting work done for 2-3 months without salary, I had a word with previous employees they were girls and they were not payed 1.8 lakh 4 months salary and other one 66K, the company gave them nothing
