- work from home life, flexible schedule (arranging it with supervisor) - good training experience especially if you are first timer - experience with real time contact with customers around the world. - continuous training with coaches and supervisors - no drama

Dislikes

- there is limited face to face interaction between colleagues because of working from home - customers seem too entitled
