Only 3 to 4 flore buildings. (This like gose to builder not for desano)

Joining this company with Double digree = Doing civil work (gare kelsasa) in building construction for daily vages. They wont pay Bonus for left employees, they will eat the left employees bonus. Dont know in which stage they are eating? They wont give ontime increments, if they give bonus with arrears of one year also that arrearamont is not sufficient to get 1 kg chicken. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. There's nothing to" like" in this organization; everything is the worst.

1.No clear HR policy and health insurance. 2.No transport facility. 3.Strict office timings with no transport facility. 4.No yearly increments; only a2- 4% increment every two years. 5.Final settlement has not been processed correctly. 6.Bonus still not received; I left the organization a year ago, still not received but the HR has not responding 7.Necessary safety equipment, like safety shoes, is not provided. 8.No opportunities for career growth 9.Mobile not allowed 10.Worst HR and HR policies. Good Working culture learn about the job in Greenfield Phase, also friendly HR policies, i could see here opinion about HR Staff, but they are really friendly and employee oriented with in HR perspective.

Dislikes

nothing like dislikes , since it is a green field project, as per now employees here may not enjoy the very good facilities compare to other respectable companies.

1.Increment is two years once 2.HR policy is like British government policy which helps management not employees. 3.Increment they will make effective from April but they will give from October meanwhile u resigned they won't give that arrears amount which should pay.. 4.it is an interior place although they are not providing transportation facilities
