I liked that I met some good people, from whom I got to learn a lot.

They have rules which applies to all except few, clearly they are biased. Very quick to cut your salary if you miss even 1 day going to office out of 3 days. I was laid off without any severance. They believe in WFO but their office infra is poor, I remember facing lot of wifi issues especially. Starting months, when I get freedom to do work from anywhere. Hybrid model. Got the better people around me like Project manager and TL.

Dislikes

Later, assign to project which is been managed by micro-manager and self obsessed person. He treat you like, you are his personal slave, no hybrid, no wfh, ask about progress every 10 mins, won't listen to you at all in stand up meetings. Just try to prove everyone is not good as he. That's the reason of leaving. Not at fault of company but the single person was the reason of me leaving company.

Work policy: Everyone gets hybrid but we don't, because of the same person thinking that we won't do any work from home. Eventually he torture one of the employee to do work after working hours as well.

Nothing to like. No Respect. Do not follow their own policies or rules. Just doing fraud with their own employees and clients.

Everyday feels like you are getting more anxiety and stress. (No work life balance) And there is no way out other than leaving the organization. No Job security. For every employee there is a new story (lies, drama) for their client to manipulate them and getting more money from them.
