Well Everything ! Beware most of the good reviews are given by the Company Director's family members in Google. Three Dumb Self-proclaimed Directors have no clue of running a proper management hence wants to be next Amazon lol. They recruit dumb manager who are rejected from most of the companies has no clue of running a management,results in no hierarchy structure inside the management system. Moreover they gonna hire you for a particular role and ask you to look after other roles too. Because they're so dumb that they prefer not to hire specified people for a particular role & ask the other employee to look after that role too. Now talking about the appraisal, they will not give you a proper appraisal until you put a resignation, because you got a better offer. Then they will ask you to stay then through an appraisal hike. If you're having good educational or work experience credentials. Getting into this stupid company is an absolute suicidal. Even if you're a fresher a big no to you as well.
