I prepared presentation about all my achievements and presented to all panel members who are HODs. I was not selected because HOD did not like me. So you need promotion and increment you should hold big bucket to HODs. Simply nod your head.... No values for your efforts and hard work. I am aged 49 and still I am manager. You will retire but cannot grow...your promotion is once in 4 years only and can be rejected because Other department HOD did not like you... Intention of Production HOD is to kill the confidence of persons so that all will be his puppets... Long run, the company will suffer.
