I work in the Denave Bangalore Center. The work culture is amazing. Our employees have good work Life Balance, with 5 days working. We get our salaries credited on time along with the Incentives, which basically motivates the employees.

There is nothing much to like 1. No work life balance 2.for 9 am shift you must login at 8:45 3.worst management I have ever seen 4. If you have any issues,first we will go to hr but she will not act,but she will go and tell to the person that this person is telling like this 5. They will call you to work, even you are sick, 6. They will tell you to do ot,they will pay but if you are not willing to do ot then also you want to do 7. Internal politics is more 8. No IJPS,no promotion, if you are an agent till you leave the company you will be a agent only 9. They will conduct functions only for managers not for agents 10. The increment will be based on favorites not for the worked employee 11. As increment they will give 2 to 5% hike 12. 1) Worst Company i have ever worked with. Hire and fire Company. Work environment is extremely toxic. 2) They have ' give me this work in next 30 minutes' work culture. 3) Some vertical heads in the Company are extremely short tempered. They keep on shouting and create extreme work pressure. 4)HR policies are not in favour of employees. You can't take casual leaves on Friday and Monday. You cannot encash leaves. 5)They want you to work 10 hours a day i.e. don't go to home unless you finish your daily task, even if that work can't be completed in one day. 6) The lunch time is not fixed every day some teams goes to lunch at 3 in the afternoon. 7)Probation period is a myth here they fire the employees within 2 months of joining without even thinking about his career.
