I was associated with Denave at the global level for their Database sale and have worked directly with the leadership team mentioned on their website. - Team Involvement on Global level - Good Work responsibility if you are willing to expand your bandwidth - Interaction with CEO directly - Big team and Big support from teams. DBMS Senior team - The team that is managing iDBMS division is not worth joining. Denave have multiple options for multiple product and services which is a good thing but do look if you are joining under Ritu rastogi. She is not worth working with.

1) Worst Company i have ever worked with. Hire and fire Company. Work environment is extremely toxic. 2) They have ' give me this work in next 30 minutes' work culture. 3) Some vertical heads in the Company are extremely short tempered. They keep on shouting and create extreme work pressure. 4)HR policies are not in favour of employees. You can't take casual leaves on Friday and Monday. You cannot encash leaves. 5)They want you to work 10 hours a day i.e. don't go to home unless you finish your daily task, even if that work can't be completed in one day. 6) The lunch time is not fixed every day some teams goes to lunch at 3 in the afternoon. 7)Probation period is a myth here they fire the employees within 2 months of joining without even thinking about his career. They don't give any hand holding support. 8) They charge money from employees for tea and coffee....Read More
