- Workers and Mid Level Management teams are very well connected and co operative. - Food are available for both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian people. - Every Month Salary paid timely. - Management Staff Accommodation Facility is good.

- Food Quality are not good enough for worker level due their heavy labour lifestyle. - Higher management totally mess. their relation with other employees are terrible. - Higher Managements all are hypocrites and want to credits other peoples work with taking any responsibility. - Balance between Life and Work are not good. - theiralso nepotism which are completely destroy company atmosphere . - Company environment not good for Career Development - There are no overtime Policies for workers so they can earn more. - Worker levels' staff accommodation are terrible. - There are no bonus policies for employees encouragement for employees. - Higher Management don't have experience running manufacturing industries....Read More

This my honest review only for educated people those who planning to join Delta or Group of Companies at Angola. #Noblegroup #Newacogroup #Deltasteelmilllda What is Delta steel mill? Less salary + Zero job security + Jail life + 15 hours work + Zero safety + Power + Authority + Politics + Gujarat & Bangali monopoly = Delta Steel mill. (it's a real hell to work). Delta steel mill viana, Angola is the worst company I have ever worked so i don't have anything to mention as good. Sorry guys. But I really like Anjan Bandyopadhyay, finance controller at Delta, He is the only person at Delta steel earning higher salary without doing any work. He is always doing chating, calling, checking the home CCTV to observe his wife during duty time. so I'm really happy, He just nicely F***k all gujarati's. This company is good for uneducated employees most of all management staffs are uneducated they don't know how to treat employees and running business, The Gujarati Management only need money. Employee die or not its not a matter for company, the management persons are Chuthiya guys they don't know how to deal with employees and howto delegate authorities and work. Any single person can destroy your career at any time with spreading fake rumours (like Rahim Khan relative of owner , He is the guy spreading all rumours at Delta (Mother chuthiya guy). Rahim Khan is frequently slap Angolan local employees and sexually use local female those who working at the company. All this thinking Mr. Yatin Raval is hiding from higher Management. When the time of interview, the HR will behave well manner but once you reach in Angola then they show the real attitude. Delta Steel mill company is come under the group companies of Noble group and Newaco group they are just keeping Indian employees like Prisoners. This group of companies have strong roots in Angola and other African countries so they can influence the government also this is the worst side I have ever seen in this company. They have no process of work that thoughts is like they have a Prisoner from India they will do everything once he reach in Angola. In Delta, HR/ sales /finance/operation heads they don't have any power to take any single decision (They are like Dummys infront of (General Manager) Mr. Yatin Raval. Why because of job security. Yatin Ravel, He frequently terminating employees without any pre notice that's why employees are giving over respected him and following his instruction. Mr. Yatin Ravel hiding so many things from Higher level management and owner. In short power + authority + Money + politics + Monopoly = Yatin Ravel (GM). He takes quick action anytime he will not think twice so your job security will become zero guarantee at Delta. Manager will give fake promise to people for doing hard work but at the last moment he pose his legs. They will make pressurize from different ways through assigning overwork. They can assign work anytime even in night also so you should be alert 24 hours per day. I promise you will hate WhatsApp once you start working here at Delta. In the HR policy they mention so many things but that only attract to find the new candidate from India. Here No HR policy- in the policy Sunday is week off and office time 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. but maximum time they will assign work so there is no week off and proper timing. Minimum you should work 12 hours per day without overtime. OT allow only workers. We can go outside all depends on mood of gujarati's. If once you get a job offer from any of this Gujarathi Group companies you should think twice. (if your a Gujarti or relative of Mr. Yathin Ravel then your job is safe, Yathin will promot you infront of owner after he will increase your salary also (Note- This offer only for relatives of Mr. Yatin Ravel). Then regarding salary after reading my experience if someone who willing to join at Delta or any group companies at least you must demand below level salary- Fresher minimum $1500 all any office relative works. Fresher minimum $1000 all general works. Experience person can demand more than above level. (Below this level please don't accept the offer from Delta) Why I am sharing the salary level to understand and no one will cheat anymore. Here in Angola Indian company hiring educated+ uneducated peoples with a lower salary like between $300 to $600 for work, But you should be aware that the management is cheating Indian Employees with industry below salay and also you should work like dog here.
