It is good place to learn valuable experience with lot of challenges and difficulties.

Dislikes

The overall culture of company is too bad. Majorly dominated by expats from China in higher positions where it is highly difficult to tolerate their rules and regulations. There are only very few teams where they can have some flexibility to enjoy by doing reels and other fun activities apart from their work. For them it is good company to prefer but not for all. I would never seen such a worst Human resources team where they fail to respond to people on time regarding the queries, forgetting their roles and responsibilities. Mostly people inside would complain about the toxic behaviours of HR's while communicating and they too even prefer to hire their relatives or neighbours instead giving opportunity to right hard working individuals. Even some of the people's inside the company who stays there for longtime by favouring their managers acts like they owns it and try to dominate others, fails to remember they are not the owner of dog. There are few teams with unbrave King's which provide other facilities like transport, food or canteen and other facilities frame their own rule and make people to act accordingly, there is no proper SOP for this company which treats everyone equally. Because of all this nuisance newly experienced people's mostly will not stay in this company. To compensate and to provide colleagues with good skills and knowledge, every year some of HR's along with troop of people will organise trip where they will visit colleges in few regions across India and try to pick engineer's with low salary to work in factory by giving false information about the company and the roles. Some of the HOD's who is really not fit for that role thinks that Indian people working there are stupids and asks to clean the floor or equipments. They even throw dusters over the face and use abusive bad words to scold. If anyone complains about this to HR they will immediately terminate them (who had registered complain).
