They can layoff people at anytime within such a short notice that anyone's career will be endangered. Without providing compensation, they layoff people and it seems very common in this company. So, basically at DelphianLogic there are just 4-5 oldies who gets the leadership and other major work and rest of fhe new people they hire,they just give temporary treatment. The work culture, compensations, work-life balance, job-security is very good over here. Over-all it is good company to work with.

Personally speaking, work satisfaction is something i can't find over here neither do I have much to learn in the job role i am working in. (This is for me personally on the job role I am working for, i cannot speak on other job profiles.
