I like the way the company treats it's employees. We feel wanted. The compensation is better as compared against most of the Indian IT companies. There is frequent rewards and recognition provided for good job done. Also, your career ambitions are taken good care of by the managers. Promotions are well supported provided you do a great job at work. Till now the career with deloitte has been exciting for me....Read More

Work Details

Work at Deloitte is usually hectic. But the work timings are pretty flexible. Hence things are manageable. Also, work from home options are provided on need basis.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
