Deloitte India office of Kolkata is fraught with favouritism, gender discrimination and toxic work culture. The learning experience from the team is least helpful as seniors don't like to assist from their own time. There are instances of retaliatory actions from senior employees contradicting the company policy. The managers do micromanagement and social conditioning when ample project work is not there for allocation.
