Dislikes

Discrimination based on language. Most of the people in my team were from Hyderabad and preffered to speak there native language even during team meetings. Asked us to interview male candidates more so that they can be available on weekends to work. Work life balance was horrible and HRs are least bothered.

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.

I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.
