There is nothing I like apart from few perks

During year end review partners announymously submit reviews. Neither hr nor partners bother to update the same to their EA. Post that they stop attending calls and messages. Plus they expect you to answer their phone calls at late nights and during the weekend. Being an EA means carry ur laptop whenever you are planning personal time off or leave taken due to medical reasons

Deloitte Consulting is Scam after hiring you they will transfer you to some other city as client location and you have to manage all expenses by own and after some month's they will reurmberce you there is also condition you have submit claim within month.

Toxic managers keep staying in the firm. Leadership does nothing to help and employees keep leaving in helpless situation. Managers yell at their reportees and there's no respect
