Deloitte USI is a great place to learn and grow as a professional. It does require a lot of effort from the individual but will land you a very good technical knowledge and management skills.

Dislikes

No quality work. Long working hours without overtime allowance. Focus is on billing clients no matter what.

Toxic managers keep staying in the firm. Leadership does nothing to help and employees keep leaving in helpless situation. Managers yell at their reportees and there's no respect

Promotions are tough. You have to prove harder as you move up the ladder esp Upper middle management roles. The company test you a lot to see if you are fit to be in leadership role. HR is slow
