Dislikes

Too much politics, cannot be peaceful in such an environment. The whole leadership plays by these politics and do not promote anyone who are not "yes-man" or participate in these politics. Job safety is there unless they managers do not like you, in which case they will quiet fire you by torturing you till you leave yourself.

No salary hikes at all. TLs says upskill to so that promotion or hikes can be given a thought. From past 2 years only (5 + 7) 12% yearly raised given by company regardless of good and improving performance reviews. It feels like these PR are total fake or like a scam.

I think the flexibility that Deloitte offers is amazing and as an employee, I am free to work from wherever I want to, and there is no micro management. The team is very professional and there is not much hierarchy.

Dislikes

The salary paid by Deloitte is not commensurate to the work. Appraisal, especially at Deloitte, India are not up to the mark and overall I believe you are underpaid significantly at Deloitte.

Deloitte Consulting is Scam after hiring you they will transfer you to some other city as client location and you have to manage all expenses by own and after some month's they will reurmberce you there is also condition you have submit claim within month.
