Benefits, worklife balance for internal products

Dislikes

Too much politics, cannot be peaceful in such an environment. The whole leadership plays by these politics and do not promote anyone who are not "yes-man" or participate in these politics. Job safety is there unless they managers do not like you, in which case they will quiet fire you by torturing you till you leave yourself.

Its a women leadership company. Favouritism and office politics are toxic. Too much wokism. Feedbacks are not direct. Coach and managers speaks with High sounding words, essentially means nothing. Unless you are aligned to their politics you are out

There is nothing which is disliked over all we used to get well being amount for our selves and as said Deloitte focuses on employees health
