Expected salary at 10 years: fullstack developer
Hi Everyone,
I’m a .NET Full-Stack Developer with 10 years of experience, specializing in Azure, React, and SQL backend development. My current CTC is 22 LPA fixed + 2 LPA variable. Based on my skill set and experience, I feel this is below the market standard.
If I continue with Deloitte, I might expect a hike of around 10–20% in June. However, if I switch companies, I believe I could receive offers in the range of 33–35 LPA.
I’d really appreciate your thoughts and suggestions. What would be a fair market salary for someone with my experience and skillset?
