Teammates are supportive, but work culture is not good enough working there means sit and work no other activities. Not good for North Indians.

I worked in whole covid lockdown event with a good performance and positive attitude and at last I have losted my job while those who didn't worked for covid lockdown they have there jobs in hand. I don't even know the reason why I have losted my job.

Out of order promotions and appraisals. Children of top Partners working in same firm and outside Deloitte preferred for promotions and highest awards and recognitions. Deloitte goes out of the way to promote females in order to maintain a healthy ratio in top management and keep it's image great while deserving folks are skittled away for less or given management gyan as to why they couldn't and they should strive harder. Healthy appraisals is also given to candidates who get after Partners' life and relentless in licking and storm up support. Candidates chided by clients officially on emails are also promoted the same year leading to doing of morale of hard working candidates.
